Are your teachers experienced? Are they native speakers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as well as being qualified, native, English teachers, they are fully experienced and trained to teach our camps and methods with fun and energy. The majority of our teachers are from UK, USA or Ireland.

Question 3

How do I pay for the summer camp?

Accepted Answer

When you've booked the summer camp, you will be sent an invoice with all the links for payment. The most straightforward way to pay is by bank transfer or card using the link on the invoice. Once your invoice is open, the 'pay invoice' option will be in the top right -- Simply follow the instructions. If you have any problems, you can also pay directly by bank transfer.

Do your teachers speak German during the camps?

Our camps are completely in English, from the very first word, to the last. They focus on natural immersion through activities, projects, games, sport & performances.

Question 5

Do your camps include lunch?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide a full, warm meal for your children each day, but we do advise bringing a small snack too. Active children are hungry children! 
If your son/daughter has special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian, allergies) please let us know, and we'll try our best to accommodate their needs.

Question 6

What happens if I want to cancel my booking? Is there a refund?

You're free to cancel your son/daughter's camp registration at anytime up until 6 weeks before the course.
From 3-6 weeks before the course starts there is a 50% refund.
However, if it is cancelled 3 weeks, or less, before the camp start date, there will be no refund.
This is simply because it leaves us very little time to find a replacement for your specific camp and location.

Does my son/daughter need to have any English knowledge?

No, the camps are designed to learn through immersion.
The focus is on speaking, learning and using English in a natural environment through games, activities, projects, sport, performances and film.
All abilities are able to take something from our camps, whether they are good speakers, or complete beginners.

My son/daughter is a native English speaker. Are the camps suitable?

Our camps aren't about learning English. They're about using it in the most creative, immersive, fun ways possible.
The focus is on speaking, using English in a natural environment through games, activities, projects, sport, performances and film.
All abilities are able to take something from our camps, whether they are good speakers, or complete beginners.
